Intersection II

Diana Halabi was born in 1990 in Saida, Lebanon. She studied architectural decoration at the Faculty of Fine Arts in the Lebanese University. In 2012 she decided to leave her masters in architecture to follow her passion for painting and devotion to art. She was first inspired by the studio of renowned artist Thaer Maarouf where she received her first tips in art. Diana started exhibiting in 2013. She exhibited in her first collective show with JABAL and other subsequent collectives.In October of 2014, Diana had her first solo show. In 2017 Diana's painting was selected for Salon d'Autumn at Sursock Museum. Believing that art should not be limited to one medium, Diana is now working on her new contemporary art projects.
