Born in 1974 to an artistic family in Tripoli Lebanon, Maya Alameddine is a multidisciplinary artist and self-taught photographer. Her intrigue for photography started in 2009 when she took interest in documentation, storytelling, and nude photography. This was a way for her to raise awareness for humanitarian causes that she stands for. Natural light has always been her trusted companion. She is surely not a technical photographer, trying instead to capture the feeling of things.
